A set of high-grade foam rig supports that carry a boom and four mast sections without marking the deck.
- Set of high-grade foam rig supports
- Holds one boom, two upper masts and two bottom masts
- Protects the deck from spar damage during storage
- Also known as spar carriers or Lazy Bones
- Quick to load and unload
- Compatible with Laser and ILCA spars
Spars stored loose on a deck will mark the gelcoat and roll off at the worst moment. These foam supports hold the boom and up to four mast sections in shaped slots, so everything stays put and nothing bears directly on the deck. The set carries one boom, two upper sections and two bottom sections, which covers a boat with a spare rig or a coach carrying spares for a squad. Loading and unloading takes seconds, which is the difference between a system that gets used and one that stays in the shed. Note that these are compatible with Laser and ILCA spars but are not original class-branded equipment.
