The Ocean EasyStore Plus is an inflatable boat fender built from reinforced, abrasion-resistant PVC, welded rather than glued so the seams hold up to years of pontoon work. Because it deflates flat, a full set stows in a cockpit locker instead of swinging from the guardrails all season. Inflate it with any standard or electric pump to around 2.4 psi and it gives 32kg of buoyancy against a quay wall, which suits boats of roughly 9 to 12 metres. The reinforced eye at the head takes the supplied 3 metre lanyard, so the fender hangs vertically alongside the topsides. For boats kept on visitors’ berths and drying moorings around the Irish coast, that combination of quick deployment and compact stowage earns its place aboard.
