The Ledlenser P5R rechargeable LED torch is a compact, single-button torch that switches between four brightness levels, from a 20-hour low beam to a 750 lumen boost for a quick burst of maximum light. Its anodised aluminium housing is IP68-rated against dust and water, holding up well on wet boat decks and in salty, humid locker or bilge spaces around Irish harbours. The adjustable focus lets the beam be narrowed for distance work or widened for close tasks, and the torch runs from its rechargeable 14500 lithium-ion cell or from standard AA batteries when a charge point is not to hand. It suits general use around the boat, in the workshop or ashore wherever a small, reliable torch is needed.
