Super Pump Siphon Hose (UP10 / UP12) – 1/2″ & 3/4″ Self-Priming Transfer Pump
Hands-free, energy-free liquid transfer for boats — ideal for diesel, petrol and saltwater use around Irish marinas and moorings.
- One-way check-valve “jiggle” siphon: starts flow by shaking — no electricity or mouth-priming required.
- Variants:
- UP10: 1/2″ (≈11–12.5 mm) ID, approx. 10 L/min flow.
- UP12: 3/4″ (≈19 mm) ID, approx. 30 L/min flow.
- Construction: flexible clear PVC hose with copper/brass pump head, glass check ball and stainless components for durability and corrosion resistance.
- Typical hose length: ~2 m for easy reach from deck to container (length may vary by batch).
- Suitable liquids: diesel, petrol (gasoline), heating oil, kerosene, thinners/solvents, alcohols, cleaning agents, fresh or salt water.
- Operation: submerge valve end, shake vertically until fluid passes balance level, then allow siphon to continue automatically.
- Use cases: cleanly decanting fuel from jerry cans, emergency dewatering, transferring water between tanks, and general maintenance afloat.
- Safety/compatibility: use only with fluids compatible with PVC; keep fuel sources higher than receiving container; not for potable water.
The Super Pump is a self-priming siphon that lets Irish boaters transfer fuel and water quickly without power, mess or risk of mouth-siphoning.
Shake the check-valve end in the liquid to start the flow, then let the siphon do the work — perfect for refueling from cans or moving seawater on deck.
With marine-friendly materials and options in 1/2″ and 3/4″ bore, it delivers up to 10–30 L/min for efficient, marine-rated liquid handling.
It’s a rugged, low-cost bit of durable deck equipment that’s ideal for sailing in Ireland, club safety boats, and coastal cruising where reliable, spill-free transfers matter.
