Returns
If you find that the product you purchased from us isn’t quite what you expected, or if you’ve selected the wrong size, returning it is straightforward. We accept returns for exchange, store credit or a full refund, provided the item is unused or unworn and in its original packaging with the receipt. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. We ask that returns be made within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a letter or email explaining the reason for the return. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. If the product has a fault, please include details of the issue.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges may take up to 5 working days to be processed
Before purchasing, if you have any questions about size, colour, or suitability, feel free to reach out via email or phone. If your order arrives with any damage or defects, return it to us, and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: For safety reasons, lifejackets are classed as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, unless found to be faulty. Please ensure you select the correct size and specification before ordering.
Warranties
All products sold by Galway Maritime are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers faults and defects. The warranty period may vary, typically lasting one year. Please keep in mind that warranties do not cover general wear and tear. If you experience an issue with a product purchased from Galway Maritime, contact us first. Items returned for warranty or repair must be clean, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note: if you return items, be sure to request proof of postage from your post office, as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost during return shipping.
